This photo I shot (above) is the reason why I’m now introducing family shoots as part of my business.

Taken in a motel room in California last year, my boys (Jesse and Jonah) sharing a lovely moment together whilst on holiday.

It’s exactly the kind of image and connection I want to capture of you and your family.

Once I got this image printed large, framed it, placed it in the hallway,

and felt the impact of seeing it every day, a new-found love of family photography was born!

Family Shoot - approx. 2 hours.

100 - 150 edited images from the shoot, delivered to you on an online gallery.

QUESTIONS

How far will you travel?

If you’ve felt a connection with my photos, and love my relaxed and fun approach to family photography, then I’ll travel wherever!

Travel expenses are charged at 45p per mile (from NG25).

How long do we have to wait for the photos?

It normally takes me 2 weeks to edit the whole set from our day together.

Can we go out for the day too?

Yes. We can always start off at your house, then make our way to a favourite location of yours.

A beach, a forest, a park, let me know any ideas you have and we can sort it for sure!

Can we just have a one hour shoot?

No. I don’t like being restricted by time, and I know from years of experience that you never get the best from people when you rush them.

I like to get to know the families that I photograph, and can only tell a truly honest story of your family by getting to know you properly.

I promise you I’m not taking photos the whole time… That really would be pretty unbearable for anyone!

What do we wear?

Whatever you want to wear. I’m not shooting an AD campaign or looking for the “perfect family” - I’m shooting real family life.

If you’re not feeling comfortable because you’ve decided to wear something you’ve been told to then the photos will show that you look uncomfortable!
